Shipping & Returns

PROCESSING TIME: Processing time is the time it takes to create & package your order for shipping. Most listings ship within 5 BUSINESS DAYS after your order is placed, but please refer to individual listings or homepage for current processing times.
SHIPPING: Orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail for packages over 15 oz. or when upgraded shipping is selected by the buyer. International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class with tracking & insurance. Delivery times will vary based on your location; delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping overages greater than $1 will be refunded.
International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes or duties charged from importing your purchase.
There may be shipping/delivery delays due to COVID-19.
City Dog Treat Bar is not responsible for delayed or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please make sure your address is correct & updated prior to completing your order.
Once a package is shipped, it is the responsibility of USPS to deliver your package in a timely fashion. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. You may file a claim with USPS for lost items.
